    Download on your Android phoneOpen this page on the phone (scan the QR code from a computer) and tap Download the app.

    Allow the installOpen the downloaded file. If Android asks, allow Chrome to "install unknown apps". If Play Protect warns, tap More details → Install anyway (the app is from ISDM, not from the Play Store).

    Sign inOpen NxT Centre and sign in with your centre or staff login. You stay signed in on this phone.

    Connect this phoneMenu → Connect this phone, then allow Call history, Phone calls, Notifications and "Display over other apps" (caller ID).

    Turn on notificationsTap Turn on notifications on Home: new leads, follow-ups at their time and your 9 AM plan.

    Let it run in the backgroundOn Xiaomi / Redmi / Oppo / Vivo / Realme: allow Auto-start and "No battery restrictions" for NxT Centre (Menu → Call tracking setup shows the button).

Good to know

Are my personal calls sent to ISDM?

No. The app only sends calls with numbers of your centre's Student CRM leads. Personal calls stay on your phone. Calls are not recorded.

The app shows an address bar at the top

Install the latest version from this page over the old one (version 1.0.1 and later always open in Chrome, full screen). Keep Google Chrome installed and updated from the Play Store. If the bar still shows, clear Chrome's data once (Settings → Apps → Chrome → Storage) and open the app again.

Calls are not tracked / caller ID does not show

Open Menu → Call tracking setup and allow every permission, "Display over other apps" and Auto-start. Then tap "Sync now".

iPhone?

The app is for Android. On an iPhone open isdmnext.in in Safari, sign in and use Share → Add to Home Screen (no call tracking).
